At Flesh 2 Earth, each order is carefully prepared, packaged, and handled with care. Because many of our products are handmade, contain natural materials, or are prepared for individual orders, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, scent preference, or variations in handmade or natural products.
Natural ingredients, crystals, herbs, and handmade items may vary slightly in color, size, shape, texture, or appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Flesh 2 Earth within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Photos of the shipping packaging if the item was damaged during transit
Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with other members of your household before contacting us.
For packages that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
Flesh 2 Earth is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once processing has begun.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is being issued because of an error by Flesh 2 Earth.
Room Sprays & Scent Preferences
Fragrance is subjective, and individual scent preferences vary. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges solely because a customer does not prefer a particular fragrance.
If a room spray arrives leaking, damaged, or otherwise defective, please follow the damaged-order process above.
Bulk Herbs & Botanical Products
For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, bulk herbs and botanical products cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
Natural botanical products may vary in color, size, aroma, texture, and appearance from batch to batch.
Handmade Products
Because Flesh 2 Earth products are handmade and may contain natural materials, no two items will be completely identical. Minor variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
